WorkVibes, a recruiting agency, is currently recruiting cleanroom Operators on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading compounding pharmacy in Maastricht, The Netherlands. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about precision in medical preparations and are motivated to work in a sterile environment.
This role is suitable for:
- Licensed Medical/Pharmaceutical Assistants who are comfortable working in a sterile environment.
- Non-Licensed or Technical Staff with relevant experience in pharmaceutical or laboratory settings.
- Individuals from various technical backgrounds who are eager to learn and contribute to patient care. In this role, you will undergo a week of in-house training to prepare you for working in a sterile cleanroom environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Compounding sterile IV-infusion bags according to medical prescriptions.
- Adhering to strict Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining a cleanroom environment.
- Preparing products for cooled transport.
- Working collaboratively under the supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
- The cleanroom work involves sterile compounding in a fully gowned environment (B-room) and preparation work with a mask, gloves, hairnet, and coat (C-room). The uniform is designed to meet high hygiene and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a cleanroom, laboratory, or pharmaceutical setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to following precise guidelines.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional language skills in Dutch or German are advantageous.
- Demonstrable motivation, accuracy, and a positive attitude.
Salary, Benefits and Working conditions:
- Тhe salary range is between €2,300 and €3,000 gross per month, depending on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
- The salary will include an 8% vacation bonus.
- 4-5 day work week with additional overtime hours compensated accordingly.
