Role overview

We are looking for a licensed medical doctor to join our remote clinical team. The role is fully online and involves providing GAHT-related (Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy) medical care to transgender patients across Europe, with a particular focus on handling prescriptions for Finnish patients and conducting follow-up and assessment sessions via telemedicine.

Main responsibilities

• Conduct remote medical consultations with transgender patients from across the EU
• Manage initiation and follow-up of gender-affirming hormone therapy in adult patients
• Handle and review prescriptions, including prescriptions dispensed in Finland Review laboratory results and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document consultations and clinical decisions in English
• Communicate professionally and collaboratively with an international clinical team

Essential requirements

Medical degree with full license to practice in an EU country
Legal ability to prescribe medications within the EU, including prescriptions accepted in Finland
Excellent English skills, written and spoken, as all patient care and team communication is in English
Reliable high-speed internet connection
Good quality computer suitable for secure telemedicine work
Ability to work independently and responsibly in a fully remote environment

Desirable experience

Prior experience in telemedicine or e-health will be valued
Comfort working in an international, remote-first clinical setting
Working conditions and compensation
This is a flexible, remote role. Compensation is activity-based and depends on the number of patient sessions and hours worked. The final rate and structure will be agreed directly with the founder of the clinic. This role can be suitable for part-time or flexible schedules depending on availability.
