How to use Medicis Jobboard
Welcome to the Medicis Jobboard “How To Use” page – for recruiters.
If you're a first-time user, this div will give you instructions and practical advices on how to properly create & validate your account and manage your recruiter’s account. If you’re familiar with job boards, you will find tips that will help you to optimize your candidates’ research.
We divided this introduction into four main divs (REGISTRATION, PRESENTATION, PUBLICATION & SEARCH, MY ACCOUNT) and added videos for each div / subdiv.
If you still have some registration or use problems, please don’t hesitate to contact our Support Team.
First of all, you need to create your recruiter account
Click on the “Recruiter” button or on the “Register & begin recruiting” button to start creating your Account
Fill in the registration form with your email & desired password, choose your default language, enter the security code (captcha), check the radio button to accept our « General terms & conditions » (which can be consulted by clicking on the link) and confirm your registration.
Once this is done, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to create your Recruiter Page on the platform.
If you don’t receive the email within 5 minutes, check your Junk Mail folder. If you still don’t find it, click on the resend email button. If this is still not working, please send us an email, we’ll validate your account manually.
Present your facility / company and fill in the contact details
Your profile reflects your business
You can add a photo and/or logo to your presentation.
Be careful that some fields are mandatory!
Once this is done you need to check the radio button certifying that the information you provided is accurate.
Congratulation, your Recruiters Page is now created!
Each time you want to access your page, just click on the “Login” button on the top right corner of the web site.
Publishing Ads & viewing CVs
Publish your first Job posting or start searching for CVs
From your Recruiter’s Page, click on the “New Job Posting” button and fill in the details of your vacancy. Once this is done, simply click on “Publish”.
Candidates will then be able to see your ad and to contact you directly.
You can also preview your ad (to see how it will be displayed for candidates) or save it (it will then be accessible in your “My Job Posting” div).
From your Recruiter’s Page, click on the “New search” button, to have access to our CVs database and be able to contact directly European healthcare professionals registered on the platform.
Choose, at the minimum, a medical specialization or a profession and the country of practice and then click on the “SEARCH” button to access the results.
First results are those corresponding to each of the criteria you fill in. Then are displayed results with one (or more) criteria not corresponding to your exact search.

View the profile
If you click on the “View” button, you’ll access the profile without the contact details - for information purposes only. To obtain contact details and the complete CV, click on the “PURCHASE THIS CV” button.
Save this profile
If you click on the “Save” button the profile will be accessible through your Recruiter’s page under your “My CVs” div.
All you need to know about your "Recruiter Account"
Via your “Recruiter’s Page” you can handle all information relative to your account, check your account history, seek new candidates, publish job postings, search for CVs and buy credits.

This shows you how many CV credits you purchased, how many CV credits you used, how many credits you still may purchase, etc.

You can here see the email you used for registering and change your password.

You can here choose if you want to receive our weekly email (each Friday at 4PM) with the latest registered profiles corresponding to you job posting(s).

Here are displayed all the information concerning your healthcare facility or company. You can modify this page by clicking on the “AMEND” button at the bottom of the page. Remember that each time you amend your page, you need to check the radio button certifying that this information is genuine. Then just click on the “Confirm” button.
Job postings - My job PostingsClick here to see the video tutorial
You will find here all your job postings. You can view them, amend them (only during 24 hours after publishing) or delete them by clicking on the corresponding icons. You also have the option of publishing them or “un-publishing” them. You can also see the number of applicant(s) for each job posting (click on the number to display CV of applicants).

This is where you can create and publish your ads.

You’ll find here applications for each of your job posting. You can click on the title of the ad to display it. Simply click on the number near each job posting to display the corresponding applicants. Click on each applicant to display the CV.

Here are listed all the CVs you viewed, saved or purchased.
Simply click on the specialty/profession to display the corresponding CV.

Results will be displayed according to the number of criteria they satisfy.
First results will always be the closest match to your filters.
The search engine uses 3 levels of criteria:
- The main criteria is the Specialty/Profession This means that the search will return all the results based on this filter even if other filters don't exactly match your search criteria.
- The second main criterium is the country of practice: beside the speciality/profession, first results will also match this filter.
- The following results correspond to candidates who meet the given specialty/profession but who don’t exactly match all the other search criteria (those with the greatest satisfied criteria are displayed first).

This page allows you to buy some CV credits you’ll use to get the contact information of candidates you’re interested in and to access their full profile.
You can buy pack of 3, 5, 10, 20 or 50 credits (1 credit = 1 CV).
You can securely pay using bankcards, Paypal or bank transfer. Please notice that if you pay with a bankcard or with Paypal your credits will be activated immediately. If you pay with a bank transfer your account will be credited once the payment is received (within a few days).
CV credits are valid during the 12 months following the purchase date indicated on the invoice.

This page allows you to buy some Job Posting credits you’ll use to publish your ads.
You can buy pack of 1, 3, 5, 10 or 20 credits. You can securely pay using bankcards, Paypal or bank transfer.
Please notice that if you pay with a bankcard or with Paypal you’re credits will be activated immediately. If you pay with a bank transfer your account will be credited once the payment is received (within a few days).
Job Posting credits are valid during the 12 months following the purchase date indicated on the invoice.
Job postings are published for a 60 days period, at the end of which they are taken offline.
They remain accessible via your Recruiter account and can be reposted if wished. They can be amended during the 24 hours following publication.
