AN EUROPEAN WEB PLATFORM TO SUPPORT HEALTH INSTITUTIONS IN RECRUITING AND APPLICANTS IN THEIR JOB SEARCH
Developed in accordance with European Directive 2005/36/EC to provide an appropriate, effective solution to the problems of the medical workforce in Europe, Medicis Jobboard is designed so that healthcare professionals (doctors, allied healthcare professionals, administrative personnel and technical personnel) and those who need them (hospitals, clinics, occupational health and safety services, local government, NGOs, recruitment agencies, etc.) from around Europe can meet freely via a job-advertisement and CV-sharing service.
"Recruiters" can access a virtual office to post and manage their vacancies (ads) and the applications received for those ads. They can also consult the CV library. "Candidates" have their personal workspace too, which they can use to view vacancies, manage their applications and access the presentation sheets of the institutions.
