Developed in accordance with European Directive 2005/36/EC to provide an appropriate, effective solution to the problems of the medical workforce in Europe, Medicis Jobboard is designed so that healthcare professionals (doctors, allied healthcare professionals, administrative personnel and technical personnel) and those who need them (hospitals, clinics, occupational health and safety services, local government, NGOs, recruitment agencies, etc.) from around Europe can meet freely via a job-advertisement and CV-sharing service.
"Recruiters" can access a virtual office to post and manage their vacancies (ads) and the applications received for those ads. They can also consult the CV library. "Candidates" have their personal workspace too, which they can use to view vacancies, manage their applications and access the presentation sheets of the institutions.
Au sein du cabinet, nous utilisons Medicis Jobboard au quotidien. C’est un outil de sourcing complémentaire moderne et pertinent. La publication d’annonces nous permet d’attirer de nouveaux candidats et l’accès (gratuit) à la base de donnée, nous permet de trouver des profils de médecins spécialistes complets, à jour et correspondant précisément à nos besoins. La v2 de la plateforme offre un véritable bureau virtuel pour les recruteurs, qui peuvent gérer simplement leurs offres d’emplois, leur candidatures ainsi que leurs CV.
MJB este cu adevarat o inovatie in domeniul recrutarii medicale. Exista pe internet alte site-uri specializate in locuri de munca pentru cadrele medicale, dar nu propun job-uri decat intr-o singura tara, de aceea cautarile pot fi lungi si fastidioase. Utilizand MJB, am avut acces simultan la joburi din mai multe tari din Europa care faceau parte din sfera mea de interes. Cea de-a doua versiune a site-ului permite o gestiune simpla a ofertelor de munca si a candidaturilor trimise. Recomand MJB tuturor medicilor care doresc sa lucreze in strainatate!
